The years 1976-82 were absolute heaven for Morris dancers in Australia *
So what were our incest stats like for the same period?
Stats? Pull the other one, bro. It's got bells on ;)
Hehe. My daughter went to the National Folk Festival at Easter - there were at least three Morris dancing groups there, one had a totally ridiculous name.Bet St. Anthony's days over 76-82 were ripper occasions.
St Anthony?!? Stupid 'oly figure can't even spell correctly.
What happened after 1982 that things slid into sad decline?
Genevieve: They do seem to rival pub trivia teams in the naming stakes (Though I do like the sound of Ballaarat City Morris)Ironical that an aitch is the difference between you and sainthood antony, ain't it.Dick: By-laws...who knows...
locals would say 'Rat City Morris.
Rat City Morris sounds like Storybook Motors or Post-apocalyptic Cars...Anyway I was googling hoping to find a pic of Morris cars in olde regional Victoria. I didn't - but this is nice.
