Hehe. My daughter went to the National Folk Festival at Easter - there were at least three Morris dancing groups there, one had a totally ridiculous name.
Bet St. Anthony's days over 76-82 were ripper occasions.

What happened after 1982 that things slid into sad decline?

Genevieve: They do seem to rival pub trivia teams in the naming stakes
(Though I do like the sound of Ballaarat City Morris)

Ironical that an aitch is the difference between you and sainthood antony, ain't it.

Dick: By-laws...who knows...

locals would say 'Rat City Morris.

Rat City Morris sounds like Storybook Motors or Post-apocalyptic Cars...

Anyway I was googling hoping to find a pic of Morris cars in olde regional Victoria. I didn't - but this is nice.
