I don't know who Mr or Ms F. Wood is, but the bottom of their sign seems to have been folded under. It could have been "Free FW's cat/body/family/foot from under this pile of wood". This photo' could be masking a tragedy!

Looks like an apostrophic vandal. Aftermarket addition. See the narrow rise of the |S|, the sharp turning circles? This lot has been graffiterated. Sign of the times indeed. Alas, wood s lot.

I wooda thought the same, but the space between the crime and the sign did not allow for any vandalism-window. A genuine sign of.
